Minister for Social Welfare, Shri Subhash Phal Dessai addressed the media at Mantralaya, Porvorim on the upcoming Dharti Aaba Janbhagidari Abhiyan for the Tribal Population, organised by the Department of Tribal Welfare, Goa.

He stated that network facilities will be extended to Scheduled Tribe villages under this initiative. A total of 25 villages from the ST community in Goa have been selected for this campaign.
