Due to ongoing work of construction of box culvert on RHS of NH 66 at Santa Cruz, the vehicular traffic on NH 66 coming from Bambolim side and proceeding towards Panaji side is diverted on service lane at Cujira to come upto Merces Junction for their onwards journey. Due to this diversion, the flow of traffic has slowed down severely. To prevent delays in journey, the motorists (light vehicles) traveling to Panaji city from Bambolim side are requested to take alternate route via GMC junction – Santa Cruz village to reach Panaji city via Four Pillar/Rua de Ourem.
