Goa Police announces a new initiative for addressing public grievances directly. DGP Goa, Shri. Alok Kumar, IPS, will be available to hear grievances every Tuesday and Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m in Police Headquarters. If the DGP is unavailable at that time due to any reason, the Inspector General of Police or Deputy Inspector General (Range) will conduct the hearings.
