●Goa is the first state in India to provide free IVF services in government hospitals:

Clean Goa and Health Link: In a unique crossover with public health, Rane announced QR code-based garbage collection tracking across all municipalities, modeled on Panjim’s 16-way segregation system, to improve waste management and reduce health hazards.
